You may NOT use AIVisibilityWatch to:

• Illegal purposes: Engage in any illegal activity or promote illegal acts
• Harmful content: Generate content that is harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Copyright infringement: Use our service to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spam: Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Data harvesting: Scrape or collect data from AI platforms without authorization
• API abuse: Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Security violations: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Service disruption: Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of our services

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: AIVisibilityWatch has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers children.

You may NOT:

• Upload photographs of minors or anyone under 18 years of age
• Generate any content depicting, describing, or involving minors in sexual or exploitative situations
• Use our service to create, modify, or enhance images that sexualize children in any way
• Upload or process images of children for any purpose without verified parental consent

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Content Guidelines

When using our AI content generation features:

• You retain ownership of content you generate
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content is accurate
• You must not generate content that misleads consumers
• Generated content should comply with advertising standards
• You must not generate content depicting minors or using images of minors

5. Brand Monitoring

When monitoring brands:

• You may only monitor brands you have rights to monitor
• Do not use our monitoring for harassment or unfair competition
• Data collected is for your internal business use only

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension of service access
• Termination of your account
• Removal of prohibited content
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities (in cases of illegal content or CSAM)
• Legal action where appropriate

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, including any content that exploits children or violates our zero-tolerance policy, please report it immediately to support@aivisibilitywatch.tech.

Response Time: We investigate and take action on all reports within 24 hours of receipt. In cases involving potential illegal content or imminent harm, we may report to authorities immediately without waiting for internal review.
