Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Purchases

All payments for AI visibility monitoring credit packs are processed through Creem, our designated Merchant of Record (MoR). Purchases are completed as one-time credit pack buys, not as subscriptions with automatic recurring charges.

Credit packs provide credits that can be used for AI search checks and content generation. Credits expire 30 days after purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial credit pack purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase date
• For consumed credits or API calls, refunds are not available as the service has already been delivered
• You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

3. Non-Refundable Credits

For clarity, once credits are consumed, they are non-refundable, as the underlying service has already been delivered. This includes executing AI-powered visibility checks, generating content, or any other consumptive operation.

Only unused credits remaining in your account may be eligible for a partial refund within the 14-day period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@aivisibilitywatch.tech with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Response Time: We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through Creem to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

For partial refunds, we calculate the refund amount based on the unused credits proportional to your original purchase, minus any applicable processing fees.
