By accessing or using AIVisibilityWatch's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AIVisibilityWatch provides brand visibility monitoring across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude, and more. Our service includes visibility scoring, citation analysis, competitor tracking, and AI-powered content generation.
3. User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Credit Packs and Billing
We offer credit-based pricing plans for our AI visibility monitoring services. Credit packs are purchased as one-time payments and provide credits that can be used for AI search checks and content generation. Credits expire 30 days after purchase. You may purchase additional credit packs at any time to continue using our services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload photos of minors or generate content involving children
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our payment service provider, Creem, which serves as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Payment card data is handled securely by Creem in compliance with PCI-DSS requirements. By making a purchase, you authorize Creem to charge your payment method on your behalf.
7. Refunds
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. Once credits are consumed, they are non-refundable as the service has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
AIVisibilityWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
